Se reforman las fracciones IV y V y se adiciona la fracción VI al artículo 21.

REFORMA PUBLICADA EN EL PERIÓDICO OFICIAL DEL GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO DE GUANAJUATO, NÚMERO 220, SEGUNDA PARTE, DE FECHA 03 DE NOVIEMBRE DEL 2020, MEDIANTE EL CUAL SE REFORMA EL ARTÍCULO 21, PÁRRAFO SEGUNDO, FRACCIÓN I, PARRAFO TERCERO, FRACCIÓN V, Y PARRAFO CUARTO, Y SE ADICIONAN LOS ARTÍCULOS 35 BIS, 35 TER Y 35 QUATER.

Se reforman los artículos 12 y 14; se adiciona un segundo párrafo al artículo 12 y se deroga el artículo 11 de la Ley de Responsabilidad Patrimonial del Estado y los Municipios de Guanajuato,

Se reforma el artículo 25 de la Ley de Responsabilidad Patrimonial del Estado y los Municipios de Guanajuato
